All orders are placed as preorders with our manufacturer. Once production is complete, items take approximately 7–14 days to arrive at our warehouse. Orders are then shipped the next business day to your address, and a tracking number is provided

Exchanges

• After the 7-day refund window, customers have up to 15 days from delivery to request an exchange for a different size or item.
• All exchange items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with no damage.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
